“Easter Colouring Contest”
CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. CONTEST PERIOD: Starting on March 3, 2026, at 10:00am MST and ending April 4, 2026, at 8:00pm MST (the “Contest Period”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to participate in the promotion, a person must be a resident of Alberta, Saskatchewan or British Columbia, and be the age of majority in Alberta. The Sponsor of this Contest is Park Place Mall Holdings Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest: a) a director, officer, manager, employee, or agent of the Sponsor, Primaris Management Inc., or any of the tenants or other occupants of the shopping centre known as “Park Place Shopping Centre” (the “Shopping Centre”) or their employees, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies or independent contractors of the Sponsor; b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Contest and c) any person domiciled with any of the above.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Colour a Park Place Easter Colouring sheet by picking one up at Guest Services. Once completed, return the colouring sheet in person to Guest Services with your name and phone number on the back of the sheet before the end of the Contest Period.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: You will need to read and accept these Contest Rules and Regulations. Limit of one entry per person. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any other fashion other than the original entry form or a hand-drawn facsimile are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries or any printing errors in these Rules. Purchase does not enhance a person’s chance of winning.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
There are three (3) prizes to be won in the Contest:
a. First Prize – One (1) $25 gift card to The Children’s Place.
b. Second Prize – One (1) $25 gift card to The Children’s Place.
c. Third Prize – One (1) $25 gift card to The Children’s Place.
Other restrictions may apply, posted on parkplacemall.ca and/or available at the Guest Services desk at Park Place Shopping Centre. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:
On or about April 7, 2026, at approximately 10:00am MST, an independent panel of judges (the “Judges”) will randomly select three (3) entries from all eligible entries received. Judges will attempt to contact the potential winners of the three prizes, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., MST, Monday through Friday immediately following the draw until 5 p.m. on April 14, 2026. If the Judges are not able to make contact and speak directly with the selected entrant within the allotted time, then at the sole and absolute discretion of the Judges, that entrant may be disqualified, his/her entitlement to receive a prize may be forfeited, and an alternate eligible entrant may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. A potential winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a skill-testing-time limited mathematical question. Prizes are not transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitution of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound the decisions of the Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Contest Rules and Regulations are subject to disqualification.
8. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or, declines to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited. The potential winner may be required to furnish proof of identification that may include a driver’s license. Before being declared a winner, the eligible winner may be required to sign a declaration and complete a Release and Waiver form confirming understanding, acceptance and compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor in respect of injuries, accidents, damages, costs, expenses or losses related to the conduct of the Contest, awarding of the prize and use and enjoyment of the awarded prize. By accepting or participating in a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, statements relating to the Contest or the Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor and any related entities in connection with this Contest, except where prohibited by law.
9. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of law and, should any attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
10. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Contest is subject to these Contest Rules and Regulations and all applicable federal, provincial, local and other laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Contest Rules and Regulations are governed by the laws having application in the Province where the Shopping Centre is located. Any action or proceeding arising out of, or in connection with, this Contest or these Contest Rules and Regulations must be brought in the Court of the Province where the Shopping Centre is located.
11. By entering this Contest, the entrant represents that the Colouring Contest entry is original to him/her and that the Entrant owns all rights in and to the picture for submission in the Contest. Entrants agree that the picture becomes the sole property of the Sponsor, which shall have the right, in perpetuity, to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the picture, in whole or in part, including the entrant’s name, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason without further compensation. The entrant further assigns all intellectual property rights, including his/her copyright, and waives all moral rights, in and to the picture, in favour of the Sponsor. As a condition to winning, the entrant agrees to execute an original copy of the Sponsor’s standard form of assignment of copyright and waiver of moral rights.
12. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering this Contest. Refer to the Sponsor’s privacy policy at parkplacemall.ca, or from Guest Services, to see how it uses personal information obtained in connection with this Contest. Contest entrants will be added to a customer database for the exclusive use by the Sponsor. This information will not be used for any purpose other than the promotion of Park Place Shopping Centre; it will not be sold, distributed or made available for any third party use.
